We take great care in selecting, inspecting, and securely packaging every product before it is shipped. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all purchases made on The SoulUp Store are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered.

Refunds

All products sold by The SoulUp Store are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Incorrect product selection
Personal preferences
Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners
Minor natural variations in crystals, gemstones, color, shape, size, or texture, as each piece is unique

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

a damaged product,
a defective item, or
an incorrect product,

please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at thesoulupstore@yahoo.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the shipping package
A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, if the issue is verified, we may offer, at our sole discretion:

a replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
another suitable resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Natural Product Disclaimer

Many of our products are handcrafted using natural crystals, gemstones, coconut shells, wood, and other natural materials. As a result, slight variations in color, pattern, texture, shape, and size are natural characteristics and should not be considered defects.
